is the gap on the left side of the front wheel between the bearing spacer and the fork tube normal?

Yes, the spacer and axle are actually tight against each other, it just looks like there is space in between but the axle is butted up against the spacer.

I just put this thing back together after having new tires put on and new bearings pressed in by the Honda dealer and upon reassembly i noticed a space 1/4 or so between the FORK TUBE and the SPACER on the right side, the Axel does contact the spacer.
the picture does show the gap between the fork tube and the spacer and allows you to see the axle (its greenish).

so is this gab a concern? (spacer to fork tube?)
