150-160 is too cold for highway speed, sounds like a stuck thermostat. They do run hot but as stated the super low and the super high sound like a stuck thermostat. What was the ambient temp?

I would agree, your thermostat needs to be replaced more than likely...that or your radiator cap is not holding pressure. I would bet on the thermostat!

Bring it back to the dealer....the problem is not solved.
I have to agree......it's the thermostat imo. The dealer replaced the therm already .....hmmm. Are you sure it works as it should ? Try another one just to be sure...Be also 100% sure there is no air left in the cooling system.
BTW...230 is too high for the fan to kick in. It should kick in at 219....
