help needed...

    hi i'm brand new to this board.buying a 1998 vfr this week and can use some help.the bike has 7k miles so is there anything i should look for??? also, im a aggressive experienced rider that just came off a 2002 gsxr750 so what can i do to make this bike handle as good as possible.ohlins shock??fork springs and valving??any input would be great! thanks ben

    Nothing really to look for if it only has 7k miles on it! :eek:

    As far as handling, I'd ride it for a while and see how you like it. I've ridden a GSXR 750 and I personally like how my '98 handles better than the Gix. Personal opinion so you may think differently after riding the VFR for a while.
