help me fix my vf1000f

    I have a vf1000f . I have a miss fire on the #3 and #4 cylinder. Its like a fould out plug but i have changed them lots of times. And the plug wires . when i check the plug wire i am getting spark. but i know it is not fireing on the cylinder. The head is not hot on that cylinder . And the pipe is not to.what am i missing thanks

    Possibly a carb problem.....clogged idle jets on those cylinders ??

    i have cleaned the carbs. thay had a lot of crap in them it took me 2 days to clean each carb .so thay are clean but i will look agan thanks for your help

    Sounds like you need to start from the basics and check the compression, then check the fuel situation and lastly the spark. Make sure you aren't making any assumptions and check it all out before you focus on the fuel or spark.

    I am trying some sea foam right now. i will let it set all night and see what i have in the morn. thanks for all your help
