help! 4th gen/5th gen exhaust??

    if i were to get a great deal on a micron slip on (standard mount)for a 2000 800 vfr, what is required to mod onto a 4th gen (1996 750)? any advice anyone? i have full acess to a tig, mig, fabrication you name it.
    i would realy apriciate any input. thanks!!!

    Won't work less you take and cut the lower hook up flange off the 4th and weld it to the new can. then it's only a maybe, even thou they look close, in this case close isn't good enough.
