Hello, got this bike a while back,I know it was running, but it has been standing in a yard for ayear or so.Decided to chop it down and rewire it due to knackered components,so did so as per a diagram found at tom yehya racing. No spark at all.Tried a second hand black box from a vfr400,no success. The wiring I'm sure is correct and makes sense, are there any other problems these bikes tend to suffer from? The pickups check out for continuity as do the coils.I'm a bit flummoxed.I'm thinking of trying to make a CDI from scratch to a diagram for an old H2 Kawasaki, found at Lakeside.com,has anyone else done this,or found any other (cheapish)solution,I ain't got much money, thanks. gavinsaunders3@yahoo.com
