hi im new to this sight and the vfr 750 iv had the bike for about 4 months and its got a problem with the electrics when i turn the lights on the lights on the dash go out the bindicator lights on the dash stay on and the main beam on the dash stays on when i turn the ligts off it all starts to work again can anyone help me please....thanks

Hello, check for hot wires in the light circuit that have rubbed against frame somewhere and is now shorting out when you turn the lights on. Could also be old wire that has cracked open, been pinched...etc. Regards, Will R. Everett, WA.
electrical i have checked te wires and grounds all seem to be ok when this prob happens there,s a click from on the bike its done it b4 and it clicked and then it was fine.
