Been lurking for a bit and decided it was time to say HI. Purchased an 08 a couple of months back and love it (still haven't installed the bags). Also have a Ninja 650R (first street bike). Actually I like both bikes for different reasons. The VFR is ver comfortable to cruise with and still handles nice. When I get on the ninja after the vfr (can't have them getting jealous you know), it is like I am back on a 125 cc dirt bike, the weight difference is amazing.

Yeah, I bought the Ninja and then the wife decided I needed ABS on the bike. What can I say she is great and the owner of a 08 Rebel I am trying to get her to ride
