Just picked up the VFR800fi bug, I am now a INTERCEPTOR owner. Oh and red cause it goes faster.

Nice to see a 3rd Gen still bringing a smile. Congratulations on choosing a red VFR which are always the fastest.

Hopefully with Summer approaching it won't be too long before you will get a chance to check out some of those Blue Mountain roads.

I would like to encourage you to upload a photo or two of your new ride. SkiMad typically includes that in his greeting, along with some friendly instructions on how to do so. But he must have been in a hurry.

Case in point - SkiMad must have had a brain fart (some of us call it a senior moment) because he knows that a VFR800fi is the fifth version of VFR not the third.

Oh, and I agree that the RED ones are the fastest!

 

Red is the fastest. Pfft!

I am getting mine repainted and I replace front upper cowl with a used one which is red. I'm gonna have to give that part several coats of Pearl white just to make it even close to being as fast as it was when it was pure pearl white.

And careful on those senior moments. Just for that, and because I am a Scot, I am going to live to be a very old fukker and keep collecting my pensions thus robbing all you young bastards.

However Warren, welcome to this site of senior moments, young indiscretions, and all around drunken and immoral and immature events. There is some good stuff here too. I gotta run now. That big assed nurse is looking for me and she has a big needle she wants to stick me with.
