This my first post in this forum. I might as well say that I am not new to VFR's , I have a red 2001 VFR 800 with Corbin seat and Corbin Beetle bags and have put 21,000 miles on my bike so far. This is my 3rd new VFR that I have owned a 1996 and a 1999 before. I am about to get a 1985 VF700r in sad shape along with a couple of parts bikes. I am going to need some help in answering some questions on my VF700r because I would like to bring this bike back as close to what it was but still be good driver. Thank you

Welcome! In the short time I have been a member, everyone has been great, particularly with tech advice, experiences with aftermarket parts, and where to get stuff. Good senses of humor, too. I'm not sure if "senses of humor" is proper english, but it may be appropriate for those with multiple personalities.
