Hello all you VFR lovers. I just recently became the proud 3rd owner of a '94 VFR750. Luckily, the original owner bought the bike out West somewhere, rode it to Ohio, and with about 3k miles on the clock, decided it wasn't for him. My dad just happened to be in the market for a bike, and the VFR is the one he picked up. When he got the bike, I was excited as it was the first time he had a bike since he had kids. I grew to love the sound of it those gear driven cams, and that throaty v-4 sound coming out of the TBR exhaust he had installed. Since I graduated high school in '01, I had bugged him to sell me the VFR at least a few times a year. Lucky for me, he retired out of the country, and for the past few years, she just sat, until he would come visit for a few weeks to a month at a time. Last year, I convinced him to let me borrow the bike for a few weeks, which turned into a few months, which turned into me keeping her over the winter. I guess taking care of the few things she needed while he was out of the country showed him how much I loved this bike, as a few weeks ago, I nearly lost it when he told me that she's mine now. Title being transferred to my name when he's back early April. Just in time for riding season. I plan on finding all the stock parts I can for her after he gets back, and I can go through what he still has stored up in his garage. Anyhow, here's the few pic's I currently have. I've got the fairings off at the moment, going through and getting her ready for the next few months when the warm weather picks back up. Until then, I'll just sit here and be jealous of all you South of me still riding this time of year.
