What's up everyone. Just bought my first bike a couple weeks ago. Its an 87 VFR 700f2 interceptor. So far I love it. Handles great for an older bike. It has 28k miles on it. [IMG]

The sprockets, chain, r/r, stator, battery, and fork seals have all been replaced and I just changed the oil last week with Mobil 1 and wix filter. Put new front tire on and brake pads should be here Wednesday. Also got some ss braided front brake lines to put on when I do pads. Here's some more pics. [IMG] [IMG]

Welcome. Only 28,000 miles on a 26 year old bike. That is amazing. You sure that speedo has not wrapped? Mine went around just before Christmas 2012. Now to keep track, I just cut notches into the front tire for every wrap.

Nah 28k original. Pretty well taken care of bike. In the process off putting on stainless braided brake lines right now. And cleaning both clutch and front brake master cylinders. They were full of muddy brake fluid

I think I may have to put wheel bearings in her too. When I ride straight upright there is a weird vibration through the handle bars but when I go into a turn our lean to one side it goes away
