Anyone know if the hand wind deflectors take away space and interfere with the bars if you have helibars?

    thanks

The Helibars are flexible about how you set them up- I did a cardboard mockup of the wind deflectors, and I couldn't see any problem (before I got the helibars), but frankly, I don't think the wind deflectors are really that necessary... I do also have my bars pulled in to a slightly more acute angle.

love to see a photo, fairly close up, taken from the riders point of view, of those hand wind deflectors installed. Would help decide if (a) they are going to keep my hands any drier, and (b) if my Helibars are going to hit them.

    thanks?

Well, I binged VFR1200 images for a while, and I found a fairly decent picture of one with the hand deflectors on it. They extend up to about the height of the mirror attachment, but no more, and when I push my Helibars to the extremes, their closet point to hitting is definitely above the point of the mirror attachment, so I am going to order some.
