headlamp wattage

    owner of a 2001 vfr and would like a brighter set of bulbs, stock is 45/45-dont
    know if honda specs it that way because of charging system limitations or plastic lens/bezel temperature limitations ? any tips ? thanks,philm

    I've got 55/60W bulbs in my '00, haven't had any problems & they are a big improvement on the stock bulbs.
