I just got a pair of Hawk handlebars and tried to fit them on my 1990 VFR. The clutch line seems too short. Has anyone done this mod and if so ,does the clutch line have to be rerouted? If so, how would you suggest doing it? Are there any other pitfalls?
    thanks Tom Keating

I tried that mod, it's a PITA. To do it right you need new brake and clutch lines and IMO an extensoin on the wiring. There is a Thurn kits from germany that let's you do superbike bars, but you'll have to modify the fairing a bit, something I did not want to do. Gen Mars are the best compromise.
