New to forum, but riding my 03' like crazy! Anyway, I got the bike from an older gentleman who traded it in on a BMW LT- you know, the BMW couch/ cruiser. This kind gentleman was no longer able to tolerate the VFR riding position, was getting stiff and sore, and have trouble dismounting. On one of these said dismounts, he drug his right boot up the side of the hard bag and left a 13 in scratch, thru the clear coat, down to raw primer on the bag. I am getting $100 prices to fix this, as it cannot be buffed out, needs to be repainted. Does Honda make individual skin for each side that I can replace, vs leaving this at the paint shop for a few weeks while they get around to it?
