    Hello,

I've singled out the VFR800 as my next bike, and am looking to purchase one. I figured I'd sign up here and putter around on the classifieds to see what I could find. Feel free to PM me if you're selling one in California. I'm looking at years around 2000-2008, <50k miles, preferably with luggage.

    Thanks,
    -Katsnod

Yep, I've been patrolling CL, too. I'm near the SF Bay area.

I see another fish to hook for the annual BBQ here Reg.

Welcome to the site kitty kat. You won't regrete the 6th gen. And 50K miles is nothing. I have about88K on mine and nothing major to concern myself with. Except arthritis on my old bonez

Thanks for the welcome, Randy. I have heard that 50k miles doesn't mean much to a VFR, but for any other bike it's a death warrant. I'm trying to play it safe and get something that's going to last me a while. I got a little burned on my Beemer.

A Beemer. Isn't that some sort of kitchen mixer or something. Wait, that is Sunbeam...Close. Maybe the opportunity will present itself for a beer and burger meet this spring when I am down that way.

Hah. Yeah rag on it all you want, mixing a smoothie and puttering around town are about all it's good for ;) I'm always up for meeting more riders, ping me when you're in the neighborhood.
