Greetings to the CFL folks from a new guy...

I'm proud to say that I just took delivery of my very first Honda bike (although not quite my first bike overall)! It's a 2006 VFR800A that I recently purchased from my brother. I know it has been WELL taken care of, and it has <prepare yourselves> less than 3,000 miles on it.

Although I was born and raised in the Northeast, I lived in the CFL area (Avalon Park in Orlando, FL) for more than the past decade. While a great job opportunity has recently taken me back to the NE, my heart lies in CFL - I will return there once again, soon.

Anyway, more on the bike. I already have the Honda factory saddlebags/panniers, Zero Gravity Double Bubble windscreen, mirror extenders (since I'm on the slightly tall side) and Corbin Gunfighter & Lady saddle (all black leather, no welting) ready to be installed this weekend on my new-to-me VFR. Not to mention both a Bully alarm disc lock and Bully grip lock to, hopefully, protect and keep my new bike as mine for a loooong time to come.

Any and all feedback is always welcomed. I'm happy to be a new part of such a great riding community; perhaps I'll get the opportunity to ride with some of you soon!

(I apologize for these poor garage photos, but I was simply too excited to take them even though the bike was delivered ridiculously late at night.)

Welcome, she's a beauty! Less than 3,000 miles in 11 years? That is criminal neglect! Ship it down to me and I'll take real good care of it for you this winter and put some miles on her for you.
