Great VFR Article in "Motorcyclist" This Month

    It's a 25 year anniversary article tracing the history of the V4 from 1983 until today with vignettes of each generation, ending with high praise of the '07 retro paint model. Also an accompanying story about the guy who restores Honda race bikes. He bought something like 8 pallets of old VF and VFR HRC race parts from HRC for $12,500, which included factory race motors, frames, etc. Good read.

    yeah, I picked it up for the flight back from Missouri. I was hoping for maybe a mention of some of the fan sites on the net, but no such luck...

    They actually mention VFRD towards the back in one of those long term test reports. It's separate from the main VFR article that's in there. Would have been cool to see VFR World mentioned though.

    I just finished reading the article myself. It was great to see so much space dedicated to the V4. It was interesting to see that they said that the surging and the VTEC transition issues have been resolved on the '07. I'm hoping that my decision to not buy a Power Commander just yet might pay off.
