    Several options

If you do a search there are SEVERAL good threads about this. (I know as I just went looking for the same answer:) Most people seem to use the RAM mounts. some use a handlebar mount, I opted to go with one of the RAM mounts that will attach at the front tank bolts. (didn't want something sticking up from my bars)

I also wired in a cigarette lighter adapter for power.

    Good luck!

I use a stem mount with my Garmin 2610 and have been very happy with it. Just google Techmounts and you'll find a wide variety of mounting options.

I have a ram mount stem mount for my Tomtom and a clutch res. control mount for my camera. For you Id go with the stem mount for the gps. I found what I think would fit your GPS here: GARMIN GPSMAP 76CS GPS MOUNTS @ GPS City

you could go with one of the pre bundled setups they offer or just buy the cradle and stem mount seperately: RAM Mount Aluminum Motorcycle Fork Stem Base with 1'' Ball, P/N: RAM-B-342U - GPS City

If you buy them seperately you might have to also buy one of the ram mount arms. I cant remember if my cradle came with one, But I dont think it did. Still it would be cheaper to go with ram mounts than tech mounts and I havent had a single problem with mine, solid as a rock.

after trying to figure out how to mount a radar detector and a gps. i just didn't like the idea of every time i stopped id have to remove all this stuff and there really isn't room IMO for 2 mounts. I ended up wiring power to my tank bag with a simple flat plug for easy disconnect and Velcro gps and detector on tank bag. works great i just simply remove tank bag (small magnetic sport bike style) and unplug and every thing comes with me.some times simple is better works for me
