Yesterday out here in PA was supposed to be gorgeous so I decided to take the bike out. Their must have been some frost or some gravel or something because as soon as I made a slight left hand turn I couldn't save it and I was highsided. Thank god for protective gear. I went to the hospital and the prognosis was a sprained ankle and a sprained
    shoulder.

I wasnt going very fast 20-25mph but it got tossed high enough to crack the helmet, and then the slide shredded my jacket. I'm so glad I follow ATGATT because it may have saved my life and certainly allowed me to walk away.

The bike is ok although the plastics are shredded on the Right hand side.

Does anyone know if scorpion has a accident replacement program like some other gear companies do?

Yeah, sorry about the high side, that is one reason I have always worn a helmet (even when CA didn't have a helmet law), because you never know if/when you're going to hit the pavement. Glad you're OK and that you did wear your gear. ATGATT!
Regarding Scorpion, I do not know if they have a replacement policy but most manufacturers have a FAQ page on their website, you may want to check that. Also, some manufacturers require that you "register" your product with them in order for their replacement policy is valid for your product, but every company is different.

That's an unorthodox way of getting off the bike , I've done too. Sorry and welcome to the club.
Not sure about scorpion having a replacement program. What I know is that when I had an issue with one of the vents not working on my exo1000, I took it to their headquarters and they fixed right. They also replaced the inner liner without me requesting it, for free!

Sorry about your bike and fall. But you'll never look right on a harley if you don't take a few slides to the facial and epidermal layers. Maybe that's why harley riders look so ill????

Smart to be wearing the gear; sorry about your fall. Stated you were doing only 20-25, but i'm guessing you were beginning to open the throttle maybe too much too quick on a turn. :crushed:

And or chopped the throttle. Glad you were wearing gear. I ride in full gear even in the dead of summer. Gave enough skin to the asphalt gods when I was a young teenage squid. Heal up fast.

Glad to hear you are ok. Not sure what the tempature was, or if it might have been a factor...but I've had some real tank slappers on cold tires:hss:.
