Unfortunately I won't be able to pass along any kind of savings to you guys but I thought I would share my good fortune from yesterday.

I have worn a Tourmaster Pivot2 jacket all through the fall and winter, and while a really nice jacket, and extremely warm, it never fit quite right. The small was too small and the Med was a bit too large. Well I had a friend that it fit perfectly (he's new to motorcycling) so I sold it to him on the cheap and went shopping yesterday. At my semi-local motorcycle dealer, I pull up to see a bunch of tents out front with clothing on racks. Turns out they had distributor reps there selling dealer examples (what the rep takes around to show dealers in various colors so they can decide what to stock) Anyway, I snagged a Scorpion XDR Commander jacket for $200. Normally costs $340. Wore it today for a long ride and it is really great- fits perfect, warm, waterproof, lots of pockets. Here's the link: Scorpion Sports © 2009

And a review: Scorpion XDR Commander Jacket - webBikeWorld

    Anyway I'm stoked!

Wore it on my commute today, 30 deg on the way there and I was toasty warm with just a t-shirt underneath, and 50 deg coming home, and i didn't cook to death even with both liners still in. I love it.

Please post pics & a full reveiw. Include your likes, dislikes & a rating from 1-10.

I'd like to see everyone reveiw all their gear so all of us can get a better idea of how things actually work in the real world.
