Good Price ? '04 VFR w/ABS

Hey everybody,

After hoping and praying for a while now, I think I'm finally ready to do something about this VFR itch. I've found an '04 in flat black with a two brothers set and ABS. It has been garage kept, and has just 5k miles. There's not a scratch either. They are asking $5800, but has been advertised for a while. I emailed them to see if they still had it, and they not only said "yes", but "make me an offer", so I think they're eager to move it. It is a private party to boot.

I really think this could fill the bill, but with all the 07s in crates, and an offer at Christmas for an '08 w/ABS new for 6685 + $99 dealer, I really feel that price should have some considerable room to move.

I don't want to be disrespectful in my offer either. What would you guys think of me offering $4k or maybe even $4500 ?
