Went for a great ride 175+ through the Virginia piedmont towards Thorton Gap and loved riding while snow was still around. Dirty roads, mid 40's, heavy winds, and it was AWESOME! Next time bringing my camera to give flavor of VA. A few observations:

    1. Bike handles great even with stock tires
    2. Super comfortable with Sargent/ergo's
    3. Need a power commander for sure- read other thread and only complaint all day was flat at 5k and 7k hit fine while sweeping etc, but kind of distracting in tight.
    4. So glad I didn't buy R1200S or Sprint for that matter.

Hope Spring is here!!!! What a tonic the good ride is:peace:

Glad you got out for a good ride, yes we diffently need pics from Virginia, don't think I really ever seen any but have always pictured it like the scenery in the movie "Last of the Mohicans"

Power commander is worth every penny and I've read where some 6g riders gutting their pipes to avoid CAT and picking up some HP
