Does anyone within about 150 miles of Seattle have Givi v35 saddlebags? I'm thinking about getting them for my 94 VFR but want to see them before I order them. It seems they don't have a bracket for the 94 VFR so I need to see how well they'll fit and how complicated it'll be to fabricate a bracket. If you have them, I'd like to meet up with you the next sunny day we have and take a look. Thanks.
Just bought a set for my 96 I have some pix from the PO that were part of the exchange. They show mostly how they are set up. I thought about getting some new bags and making the bracket myself because they are hard to find and don't like the "Wingrack" that is the standard at Givi, now. The old style brackets are pretty simple, but they are made of aluminum. I would have been forced to use steel (can't weld aluminum) and it would have been a2-3 month project. Glad I found the set (here on VFRW classifieds) I searched for some time for pix of the old set-up on the web and found nothing.
