GIVI E21 Side Case Mounting Kit

I bought GIVI E21 side cases and need to get them mounted. Unfortunately it appears you can't find just the side case mounting kit for my 1991 VFR anymore. I don't want a luggage rack or wingrack set up, just a minimal mounting bracket for the side cases.

I've had my VFR for 4 years but am new to the luggage arena. Does anyone know the best way to do this? Or even better, does anyone have the mounting kit I'm talking about sitting around and looking to sell it?
