Giannelli Giant 4 silencer

Ive just bought a brand new [ but 10 yrs old] still boxed Giannelli Giant 4 Silencer, from a guy who used to have a shop and is selling old stock..

Was pretty cheap so couldnt resist it!!

Does anyone know anything about these? I couldnt find anything on the net and Giannelli dont make it anymore? How much is it worth? I only paid £50 for it.. other Giannelli cans seem to be pretty expensive,, I know they are itiallian,

Main reason for posting is I read that Giannelli cans may damage the engine long term as they are straght through pipes? is this true?

Also will the bike need remapping? I dont have a power commander,, bike is completley stock,, I'm just lookin forward to hearing it roar:biggrin:
