I noticed that members in this forum are wide spread around the world and are of the adventurous type. Recently, I was introduced to Geocaching, anyone familiar with this? It seems to be a good fit for people in this forum. If anyone has caches hidden in California, I'd be interested in hunting them down. If there aren't any, maybe we can start a VFRWorld kind of geocache club. We could use the VFRWorld sticker as our trademark on every hidden cache. It's just an idea. I'd be curious to see if there is any interest in this sort of thing among people here.

It is a sort of hide and seek... People hide simple items and post the coordinates. Caches may be easy to discover or quite difficult. It is a give & take hobby, as it is a bit inconsiderate to never leave something for others.

This is what I have gathered from others, I have never done it.
