I just now realized that I've ordered fairings, and have no way to mount 'em to the bike. those nifty little metal arms that go from the frame to the drilled holes in the faiings had broken in the crash that decimated the side of the bike... I'm talkin' about the ones down low, like by your knee and where the kickstand mounts to the bike... does anyone know where I can find some? or even a way to fab some up? Any help I can get is appreciated. I just don't wanna ugly up the new plastics with zip ties n such cuz I was a knucklehead who didn't think about the little stuff...
The ones by your knee are not needed. Matter of fact a lot of guys used to eliminate those 2 all togetherbecause they had a tendency to break the panels off at the corner.
