look at my gallery for pictures... before I white balanced the camera. There are also a bunch of just the racks as someone asked about how hard the installation was..

Ahh nice. The blue is what I was looking for too.
How hard is it to add/remove the bags? Do they lock?

Thanks for the images! Looks good.

on/off open/close is a snap. Pain is the key is captured when unlocked-I electrical taped my ignition and case keys together at 90 deg so I wouldn't loose one (no key ring scratches on triple tree casting).

turn key and lift the latch to open the case.

turn key and lift handle to unlock/remove the case. Pull the handle out and up, the bottom lip of the case comes off the bottom rail and stands up when placed on the ground.

There's a metal heat shield strip on by the exhaust cans.

Nice rubber seal and elastic inside. My computer bag fits in with no heat issues on the gear evident from the last two months of use in 90+ heat around DC.

I had no real trouble getting the racks on. key is keeping all the stuff loose until it is *all* on, then tightening. There's another thread on the rack install.

I have the saddle bags. Think they are great. Look good, function very well in daily use. One word of caution don't over fill them with anything hard. I put my helmet in one, big head, and I developed a small crack in the plastic of the case becuase it didn't quite fit.

They can be a bit of a pain to install. Had a hell of a time with the bracket at the numberplate. It is essential to leave everything loose until these small bracket bolts are in place. One trick I found was to get a slightly longer bolt in the same diameter and use it to pull the plates together then install the correct bolt in the other hole and then replace the long bolt. It makes it much easier to pull the plates together.
