Gauges went to the right suddenly???

    oK...I was riding the other day and the bike suddenly stopped...and both the tach and speedo went to the right suddenly????

    I am guessing a power surge??? R/R? Or Stator?

    Any Ideas?

    I betting you got a short in it. Start tracking wires. I know, Iknow, an electrical problem on a gen3??? How is it possible?? Go figure?

    It was the first time it happened all season...the last time was last year. I'll start with looking at the negative grounds.
