GALFER SS Brake Lines

I am interested in getting SS Brake lines for my 83 VF750F. I saw in this forum that someone thinks that the VF 1000 R kit would fit my bike. I messaged Galfer and they said the part numbers will not work.
I am looking for confirmation with someone that actually purchased that kit or knows for a fact that it will not work.
