Hi everyone, Did anyone get to Phillip Is for the Moto GP? Tell us about it. Good ride? Over zealous police or riders? recommended? I am in Sydney and would love to hear about the pilgrimage to the island.
Hey Mark, I haven't done the Motogp trip but did the world superbikes this year. It's a great ride over from Adelaide, we did the Great Ocean Road and some hills in Vic. Cops are pretty good and there are a few crazy riders around.lol Yes I would recommend it, well the worlds anyway, a lot of my friends that have done both say the Motogp isn't as good as the worlds. You will have a ball on PI and there are also street parties on some nights.
Cheers SJC, Might have to go down twice next year. I havent followed WSB since I was at uni. Back when Aaron Slight, Fogarty, Corser, Gobert, P.F Chili with Keith and Jullian in the commentary box cheering for Foggy.
