Hi there i have a vfr750 fl been stood a bit needed paint so stripped it down to do, done that did run tho before strip down tho.come to start it fuelpump didnt prime carbs thought fuelpump had gone checked power supply to fuel pump an fuel relay both at 12.65 volts at both. so hard wired it to igntion side pump worked bike started fine ...then fuel pump stopped pumping fuel just clicking like it does when theres no fuel in pump so thought it ad given up the ghost.so got another pump off ebay thats the same. dont want to hard wire this just i case that does same and while u have it running if the fuel pump is connected the revs drop below tick over but if u disconnect or. wire to the live power the rev pick up ....HELP!!
