Fuel rail leaking, 86 vfr 700

So I definitely need to pull the carbs and replace the oring gaskets on the fuel rail. Does anyone know of a link detailing how to do this properly. I know the carbs need separated but could they just be loosened? Will they need synchronized afterwards? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Btw, I tryed to allow them to swell as suggested before and I'm pretty sure one did swell and seal but the other still leaks.
