Sorry, I don't have the number. I just took an old one in to a local industrial supply store and they matched it up with an off the shelf bearing. Don't remember what brand I got.

Bearing 6204UU, Just make sure its made in Japan.
Can't remember the seal number, its an odd size, but I got off the shelf one that was nearly the same by 0.5mm on O.D. and it fits fine.
Bought it all from an industrial bearing supply for around $30, all was in stock.

thanks for the replies. I was hoping to save a little $ by getting KOYO bearings. looks like I can get OEM them from Honda East for $15 each. that's a pretty good deal.

Most new bearings aNd seals run fine for awhile........ until they don't.

Japanese-made parts last longer every time and will always cost more.
