I recently was riding my bike on the highway when suddenly i smelt something that smell like it was burning and then i started loosing speed and felt like my front brake lever was hard to squeeze. When i pulled over to take a look to see what was wrong. I then couldn't even push the bike forward and seemed like the front brake was locked. After about 15mins of waiting i was able to move the bike again and the brake lever wasn't hard anymore.

It did it again today when i was riding from my house to the store. I recently had my Clutch and Brake levers replaced and before I had them replaced I never experienced this problem. Could that possibly be the cause of my problems?

It sounds like a plausible cause of failure, try swapping out the stock levers and see if the problem goes away

My first guess was the lever, common with aftermarket levers but have seen stock ones with the same problem.
