I can't get the front brake master to rotate enough to get the lever where I want it. thinking about going with a master with remote reservoir. any ideas, anybody changed their master? it's 1/2" correct?

You can always cut off the tab that holds the hose in position.
That should allow you to rotate the line further around so it won't be in the way.

If using the stock clip-ons the triangular section that connects the clamp part with the actual bar is really what prevents further rotation...

Not as much with Heli-bars though...
