fork oil, honda or other

    just curious if everyone is changing their fork oil at the honda specified intervals. ;) i know its time to change mine. the manual asks for honda oil SS-8. just wondered what oils people were using, and weight of oil.

    fork oil

    I have used rock oil, silkolene and bel-ray products over the years all give equal results. 10w in later cartridge forks 15w in early models
