On my 5th Gen, I experience footpeg vibration above 7k rpm. I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences this.

Nature of the beast I had the same problem I just tightened the foot peg, I've had no real vibration that bothers me since!

It's not really a problem, just an observation. It's just the engine vibrating more because of the RPMs, but I just wanted to make sure that it's a common occurence. Thanks for the replies.

H'mm funny, you've got the '01 ( Gen 5 Mk2 ) with the extra foot peg weights which are supposed to dampen the vibration said to occur in the earlier Gen 5's. My '99 used to Vibe at 7000+ but doesn't seem as much since being fully run in at 20K miles and my last service.
