float height?

    What should the float height be set to on a 1986 vfr 700f interceptor? Thanks.

    Either 7mm or 9mm according to the mysterious FSM. Seems they changed the # after '86 for reasons unknown and didn't change the jetting. I set my repair jobs at 8mm (unless instructed otherwise), and no complaints so far.

    Maybe they changed the height # for emissions requirements; no one seems to know, and i've asked alot of old-timers.
