Fitting right hand side fairing. Clip issue

    Hello. Trying to fit my fairing on and can't seem to get this fairing into this clip.
    Fairing is fine not dropped or anything.
    Any help appericated.

    I am close to it but it won't fit in. Other side is fine. uploadfromtaptalk1412937031708.jpg

    It's a bitch to put on sometimes, I've had mine off a few times and you just have to go slow and stop when you get aggravated with it. Nothing ever has to be forced if you are doing it right.

    That middle Fairing slides in front to back and you have to watch the inside to see that the slots line up, no prying to pop a tab in after it is in place, you will break something.

    Walk away from it for a day and look with fresh eyes. You will get it!

    ^This, I am working on 'new' to me VFR and what a PITA it's and I was about to break it. But one of the member helped me via picts and finally removed it. Again, please take your time and take it easy.

    Great advice. I left it and returned the next day. Went on like silk. Didn't get time to put the screws and bolts in yet. But going to do so and plexus polish the whole thing. Thanks for the advice.

    Had one for 5 years... Sold it to upgrade.
    Vfr800 can't keep up with my friends bikes (R1 and gsxr1000) on a ride . This can.

    PITA is right. Like all Honda stuff it fits if you are patient and careful.
    Where is the Honda engineer who designed the fairing for the XX. Easiest best designed fairing for service I have worked on.
