First street bike, 1985 vf500 Interceptor, also posted in first-gen

Hello all. Just picked up a very clean 85 vf500. I've had dirt bikes and ATVs but this is my first road bike. Always wanted one since my brother's best friend bought one new back in 85/86, but I've been more into cars/boats/etc. My b-day was coming up so I started searching ebay/craigslist etc and hoped to find one within a few months. Lucky me I found a SUPER CLEAN one, runs GREAT, with 38000km, on craigslist about 7 miles from me two weeks into my search!!

I want to lose the rear fender, lower the mirrors, and get some different pipes/exhaust, so now my ebay/craigslist searches are gonna be for V&H or Yoshi exhaust :smile:
