First ride since crash in December

Took the 2008 VFR out for the first time since I crashed in December. Felt good.





Got a Guardian Bell attached...

 

What is the little bell for?

 

The bell is to ward off the Crashing Gremlins.

Glad to see you're back on it.

 

Its a luck trinket, you know, rabbits foot... Everyone needs a guardian angel now and again.

 

Maybe I should have had one of those bell. Do they work just as well on dogs? ha!

 

Good to see that you got back in the saddle.

 

I've got a shamrock wristband I usually wear when I ride. If you look I've got it on my left wrist.


It didn't keep the gravel gremlins away but at least I was able to walk away without a scratch!

Glad you made it back. I can't wait to get back in the saddle. The sooner you get back on, the easier it is.

 

I am so impressed. Who can smile like this right after a crash??? Thats just amazing!......I always say a prayer right before I close my visor, better than a bell in mho.:biggrin:

 

Gee, the VFR looks REALLY good in that color!

 

Silver is fastest color

I decide when I started riding that it's only a motorcycle and if I can walk away then it can't be that bad. No use in crying over a totaled bike.
