Toronto to Chicago and back, about 2000km total. Conclusion = hurting everywhere. Can't wait to put on the renthal bar conversion :D

Any other ideas for improvement? Was thinking of a saddlemen seat.

Get a Corbin for your bike. Have one on mine, and can ride long distances in comfort.

I have an appointment on Friday to drop my bike off with the upholsterer for a tailored fit seat. I told him I was in no hurry but expect to get it back in a week or two. Will report back in another thread.

Issue is that everyone isn't the same width, height, or equipment (heli bars, genetalia etc), so an over the counter aftermarket seat is still a one size fits all solution and that's just not reality.

Thanks guys. I already have a full renthal bar conversion just waiting to go on. Just need help with the last part: Is it sufficient to re route the stock cables? I have the Renthal 755 and TAG +5mm risers.

If I need to replace the cables, what route should I go?

I would get that bad boy on before going on a ride like that.
I hated the stock clip ons the second I sat on the bike, I knew they wouldn't work for me.
I could only manage about 100 miles before my wrists and elbows were sore.
As for the stock brake/ clutch line, they work with the heli bars. If you install the renthal bar and they are on the tight side you could always upgrade to SS lines and get them a little longer to compensate.

I have +3in spiegler clutch/front brake lines. What I am worried about is the throttle cables. (should have been more specific on what cable)
