Well, after four effin' weeks of scouring around local dealerships for proper "in-stock" front and rear stands, I was fainally able to find some no-name (likely Chinee-made) ones that fit my skinny-ass rear end (140 for all you show-offs with a thicker member).

My ZX-14 stand was tits on a bull...anyway, nice to be finally able to get "Sugar" up and off the concrete for the winter (I was fretting a bit).

Now, a little Sta-bil and Bob is apparently my uncle.

Speaking of stable... lol, it seems pretty secure:

And the rear pad-mounts are a tight fit to the mini-by-modern-standards swingarm:

And the front mount is a bit odd as it cradles the right-side right at the point where the rotor is fitted while the other side (out of view) is just kinda sitting on the back of the fork.
A bit wonky but things are up!

That's cool. I wanna find a front stand that mounts under front fairing so I can change front wheel if needed.

Yeah, kind of silly that I have the stand that won't allow it, Tex, but this one serves the purpose for the 3 or so months a year that we can't ride up here.
On the other hand, I've heard that, because of its design, the front fairing of the VF can be a PITA to find a proper racing stand for...that woulda taken me forever, lol.

I guess I got lucky. I bought my rear stand brand new off craigslist for $30 first try. My front stand is a "Black Widow" or whatever I bought online. It hits the front radiator so I "modified" the pin to extend it about 2". It now clears the radiator and gets the front end high enough to pull the front tire if needed. I'm happy with the setup. Very stable also.

    Nice avatar Giuseppi~!!!
I have a Woodcraft front end stand that has different pins for different lower tripple trees, it works on my 91 viffer as well as my 04 ex. Its green and is adjustable for height. Nice pictures
