Picked up a super sweet 2000 vfr today!!
It's a yellow one, 19,073 miles. Its ridiculously clean and it has the 98 cat free headers, high mount Delkevic exhaust, 02 sensor simulators, split Sargent seat, solo cowl, Heli bars, tinted double bubble windscreen, stainless steel braided brake lines, brand new Pirelli tires, newer chain and sprocket, cool little tank bag that clips into a bracket mounted on the gas cap ring so it does not touch the paint, really nice adjustable levers, and... did I mention its really clean? lol
I'm pretty excited right if you guys can't tell. I'll get it all legal Monday and ride the crap out of it! lol 20160806_200748.jpg 20160806_200759.jpg 20160806_200953.jpg 20160806_201013.jpg 20160806_201548.jpg

    Great choice of year!

Nice shape, and the accessories package is over the top.

Note that I may be a little bit biased in my opinions, LOL!

Nice looking bike and of course Yellow is the fastest color. You'll have to lead, cause mine is thee much slower red sled. ;)

Enjoy the bike. We all know you will. LOL

Yea, tomorrow is gonna suck because I'll have it sitting there all day and I can't ride it because I don't have it tagged or insured yet.
I hope I still remember how to ride a sport bike, I've been riding on Harleys for a few years now! Are the Hondas one down five up? :playful:

Just be careful of the excessive lean angles, you might think you're about to fall over. :triumphant:

Congrats. Take your time with her, get to know her before you "ride the crap" out her. A bike that clean needs to stay that way!!

    Thanks everyone!
Allyance, yes I'm going to absolutely baby this bike. I said I would ride the crap out of it, but I was really trying to be funny. I'm really not hard on my bikes, I know my profile pic says otherwise but that was the one and only burnout I ever did on that superhawk. This bike has been well maintained and I plan to keep her that way for a long time. I love these bikes too much to abuse them!
No need to worry, she's in good hands. :smile-new:

I changed my avatar to something more appropriate. :eagerness:
I have a question about steering nut caps. I have a Tech mount thing currently installed in the steering nut for holding a phone or gps or something. I took it out, but the big open hole in the triple tree looks terrible. Where can I find a replacement cap for the steering nut? 20160807_142926.jpg 20160807_142943.jpg

Anything that will fill in the hole will work, I really don't care if it's new or used because it's just a small little cap.
