FI faulty MAP sensor or poor vaccum

Did the PAIR removal and the actuator flap removal. Now I'm getting a fault about a loose or poor conection of the map sensor vacuum tube, or a faulty sensor. I have checked all the vacuum lines and the map and everything looksgood. Does the removal of these systems cause this code? Or could I have gotten a vacuum line hooked up wrong? Sorry for the newbie question but I cant find much if any info on mods for the VFR so any help in pointing me towards any mods that are useful would be greatly appreciated...
