I just reviewed a bunch of the surging posts, not really hitting the nail on the head for my bike. It's an 02. bout 15,000 mi. bone stock. It started surging a little now and then, any rpm, any gear, more at temps under 170. Then I installed a PCIII, and O2 elim. It ran smooth as butter for the next couple days, especially at 170 or warmer. Then intermitant surging started occuring again. I cant get my laptop to download either the cd software or the website software and maps. But that's another oprah. I changed oil and sparkplugs. Old plugs were a little to carboned up. And since I'm temporarily dead in the water at getting any info from the PCIII, I jumped the plug for a code readout. It was one long followed immediatly by one short blink. (No, I dont have a service manual: yes, I'll be getting one next few days, $$) sorry such a long post, just wanted to be informative. Does anyone have any answers? Please? Pretty Please?
