ok i have cleaned everything on my 86 700f2.

looked everything over. dropped the fuel bowls on the carbs they were very clean. suprise after sitting 10 years in a garage. tank had more goo in it than should be possible, but it all caame out.

now when i got the bike the tank was just sitting on it with all the fuel lines detached.
there is a fitting under the fuel line for the carb with nothing attached and no hose or line , can some one help me figure this out? looks to be about a 3/8".
is there a return line from the carbs for the fuel?
would this be where the missing hose would be for the tank( underside toward the fill would be)
unfortunatly im 300 miles away and have been here for a month so i cant grab a pic till this weekend. but i want a jumo for the loong week i have to work on my bike!

also is it easy to rebild the clucth slave cylinder? mine leaks bad and has some rust. found this out when i tried to bleed the clutch!
or should i buy a new one?

    many thanks in advanced!

is this attached to the carbs on the plastic crossover line. if so i believe it is just a breather line.

tthe line that drains the fuel cap area is much smaller and more toward the front. there is still onee hose missing. but a vent would make sense.

got the new slave cylinder parts on order, new complete one was 215 bucks

you'll never see the short carb vent line while carbs are mounted on bike, so that other line is still unexplained........
